Captain Lee Leonard holds his 200-ton Master Mariner license having cruised tens of thousands of miles on the Pacific coast of North America from Southern Mexico to northern British Columbia and on the Eastern seaboard from New England to South Florida, the Bahamas and the Caribbean. Lee has owned five boats ranging from a 24 foot Four Winns, to an 80-foot Hatteras, on all of which he served as Captain. Captain Lee helped develop and teach a marine safety and navigation course at The Saint Francis Yacht Club in San Francisco and teaches private cou rseson small boat handling and operations for new boaters. Lee, along with his wife Penny, now cruise and operate their 34-foot Pursuit.

Penny most recently retired as Chief Marketing Officer for Qualcomm. Today, she parlays her 35 years of advertising and marketing experience into board memberships, and serves as a Senior Advisor for PSG, a private equity firm with over 70 portfolio companies. She has boated the Pacific seaboard extensively with her husband Captain Lee Leonard—and at one point, lived with Lee on their 80’ Hatteras as their primary residence. Currently, Penny and Lee run a private charter business on their 34’ Pursuit, Luna Blue, where they explore the Lowcountry and Eastern seaboard with their guests.

Bob spent 32 years with Deloitte Consulting and retired in 2018 as a senior partner. He is on or has been on several small private company and not-for-profit boards, including the United Way of the Lowcountry and The Grace Club. He and his wife Terri have lived in Palmetto Bluff since 2013. Bob has been an avid power boat owner and sailboat charterer (primarily in the Caribbean) for more than 35 years.

Since 2012, Bill, his wife Lynda and their family have divided their time between Moultonborough, New Hampshire and their beloved Palmetto Bluff. The retired CEO of Oppenheimer Funds currently serves on two public company boards, Invesco (IVZ) and LPL Financial (LPLA). Bill is also proud of his history of serving on multiple charity boards over the years, with a focus on underprivileged children. As a current advisor to the New Hampshire Boat Museum, Bill brings his financial services expertise to the museum's overall fundraising efforts. Bill loves his 1937 28-foot Chris Craft Sportsman. An avid race car driver, he shares ownership of JrIII Racing with his son Billy, runs a professional race team in the IMSA series and participates in vintage races around the country.
